General Manager / Hotel Manager

We are seeking a General Manager who is hands on leader with positive, and motivating presence to his team.

He must be a hospitality professional with experience and special skills in Hotel Operation, Sales & Marketing, Financial Management and must have diverse experience in managing business & boutique hotels, resorts, sport club & country club. He must be professional in food & beverage fine dining and catering operations.

Must have a strong background in handling hotel projects, sales & marketing and business development.

Educational Requirements:
  • A bachelor degree in any related field to hospitality management, culinary  or business management is a must.
  • MBA or Master of Business Administration or  a postgraduate degree will surely prove to be an added advantage.

Gratuity yearly "Bonus Program" against hotel revenue achievement.
Minimum monthly Salary U$3,500.00, free accommodation, medical insurance, plus one (1) month paid yearly vacation.
The candidate would be expected to handle the day to day hotel operation, strategic planning, branding management, sales & marketing  promotion through various media, revenue and sales forecast & analysis, operational cost control of food, beverage, F&B quality assurance, control, Hygiene(maintain the international high standard of HACCP). Heads all periodical meeting i.e. operations, staffing, services etc, and review purchase control. CRM (customer relationship management) & data base security, and strategic planning for effective crisis management.
